On December 7, 2011 at approximately 11pm, Harford County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to Harford Memorial Hospital for a report of a physical assault. The victim, a 30 year old female from Baltimore, MD who works in the Harford County area, reported being assaulted earlier the same day between the hours 4:30pm and 6pm in the 4400 block of Mercedes Drive in Belcamp, MD. The investigation has determined that the victim was sexually assaulted in addition to being physically assaulted. Harford County Sheriff’s Office detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in locating the person pictured in this composite drawing. He is described as a short white male approximately 5’3”, in his early 60’s, balding with a salt/pepper beard. This person may have knowledge of the incidentand is being sought for questioning.
