On January 6, 2012, Mr. Gregory Sears, pictured to the left, was shot after an apparent robbery in the 8000 block of Ians Aly in Laurel. This occurred at approximately 2:15 a.m. Mr. Sears died as a result of his wounds.  The suspects are described as two black males, both wearing dark clothes. One suspect was over 6’0” with a thin build; the second suspect was described as being shorter. The suspects may have left the area in an unknown vehicle.  The total reward amount for this case is $10,000.
