On January 21, 2012, at approximately 10:47 p.m., Anne Arundel County officers from the Western District responded to the Severn Square Shopping Center located in the 2600 block of Annapolis Road in Severn, for a reported sexual assault.
Upon arrival, officers spoke with the adult female victim, who stated that she was sitting near the “On Target” business when an unknown male suspect approached and sexually assaulted her. The suspect then ran off in an unknown direction.
Suspect: White male, clean shaven, wearing a puffy, dark-colored jacket and blue jeans
