The Panera Bread located at 1022A Beards Hill Road was robbed early Wednesday evening by a man that entered the establishment and robbed it at gunpoint. The suspect displayed a handgun and demanded cash. After receiving an undisclosed amount the suspect fled the scene on foot.
The suspect was described by witnesses as possibly Hispanic, male, 25 to 35 years old, with short, dark hair, approximately 5 foot 3 inches to 5 foot six inches tall and between 130 to 140 pounds. He had a distincitive scar on the back of his head. The suspect is pictured at the register in a grey t-shirt. A silver handgun was displayed during the robbery.
