The Frederick County Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating James Peter Brown Jr.
Brown has an active arrest warrant against him for a murder that occurred in March of 2023.
He is wanted for 1st degree murder in the death of Romario Tevin Anderson.
Anderson was stabbed after an argument over a gun at a now-closed hookah lounge in Frederick.
One man was tried and acquitted for the murder, but James Peter Brown Jr. has continued to elude police.
