Mr. Codell Brown was shot and killed on August 6, 2023.
Baltimore City Police were called to the 600 block of East 33rd Street for a report of a shooting. When they arrived on the scene they found Brown suffering from gunshot wounds to his chest, legs, and stomach. He was rushed to the hospital, where he died from his injuries.
During the investigation, police determined Brown was actually shot in the 500 block of Gorsuch Avenue.
