Baltimore City Homicide Detectives are looking to identify a man wanted for a March 8, 2018 murder. The shooting happened around 2:30pm at 1152 East North Avenue.
Montrel Rivers, who was 20-years-old, was in front of the Royal Farms on East North Avenue when he was approached by the suspect and shot and killed. The suspect fled the area on foot.
