It was June 21, 2003. Nobody knew it would be the last time they’d see Jeffrey Jones alive.
The 22-year-old was shot and killed in the 36-hundred block of Howard Park Avenue.
It happened at 1:12 am. Nearly 22 years later, no arrests have been made.
A new Metro Crime Stoppers poster has been created by Baltimore City Police Detectives, who refuse to let this case be forgotten.
