The Frederick Police Department is asking for tips that lead to the arrest of 37-year-old Roberto Carlos Campos-Roque.
He is wanted for a kidnapping and a rape that occurred on March 25th, 2018. An arrest warrant was issued on September 20, 2019 charging him with Kidnapping, 2nd Degree Rape, and 2nd Degree Assault.
His current location is not known, and police have not been able to bring him to justice.
