On Thursday, October 9, 2014 at approximately 1:30 In the afternoon, Kevin Maurice Jowers (pictured above) was stabbed to death at the intersection of Fulton Ave and W. North Ave. Homicide Detectives are asking anyone with information to contact Metro Crime Stoppers.
