On January 12, 2017 around 8:07 p.m. a uniformed Baltimore County Police officer responded to a group disturbance in the 600 block of Compass Road in Middle River.
The officer attempted to make contact with a subject within that group, later identified as Seon Thomas. For unknown reasons, Thomas became violent and attacked the officer, then fled the area on foot. That officer was transported to a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
