A reward of up to $8,000 is being offered for information that leads to an arrest and charges in the murder of Titus Willaims Jr.
Mr. Williams was murdered just after Noon in the 2500 block of West Pratt Street, that’s in Baltimore’s Southwest district.
Police say he was shot multiple times and died at an area hospital.
