Baltimore City Police have a reward of up to $8,000 for information that helps them capture the person responsible for the murder of Jefferson Villanueva.
The 19-year-old was shot and killed August 4, 2023 in the 1300 block of North Montford Avenue.
He was killed, a 25-year-old woman was shot and a child was grazed with a bullet in the same incident.
Villanueva died from his injuries four days after the shooting.
