On October 3, 2010 at 3:28 in the morning Frederick Police responded to the 200 block of Madison Street after getting a report of a firearm discharge.
On the scene officers found William “Bill-Bill” Goines Jr. He was laying on the curb with a gunshot wound to his abdomen. Mr. Goines was taken to an area hospital but died from his injury.
