On May 12th, 2022 at approximately 9:11 A.M, Mr. Samuel Mckoy shot and killed while walking in the 100 block of South Carrollton Avenue.
Through a partnership with Baltimore City, Metro Crime Stoppers is offering an $8,000′ reward for any information resulting in arrests and charges.
