Baltimore City Police are investigating the murder of Deveraun Rawlings.
Here is what we know, and it’s very little. Mr. Rawlings, who was 35-yeras-old, was shot and killed in the 2600 block of Maisel Street, that is right near Florence Cummings Park and Westport Elementary School.
The shooting happened as 12:09am.
