On July 14th, 2016 (Thursday), at 4:05am Timothy Lee White Jr. was struck and killed on Maryland Route 7 at Gunpowder Ridge Road in Harford County. Investigation found that Mr. White was lying in the roadway when he was struck. Investigators are seeking information as to the whereabouts of Mr. White, or anyone that may have been in the area, between the hours of 2:30am and 4:00am.
